This restaurant highlights the ingredients and flavors of the Amazon in an elevated preparation. The star ingredient is the huge river fish, and the ability to try ants. These ants are a specific species that it was discovered is eaten by some indigenous peoples. The flavor is particularly interesting, lemony with a subtle herb note, a bit like lemongrass. The white fish is is tender and subtle in flavor, and they serve it with high quality sides and farofa. And they serve several dishes containing jungle fruits you may have never experienced.
