So you arrive in Helsinki and ask yourself, "What am I doing in this strange land?" and the answer is drinking. And lots of it. And Base Bar is the place to do it! If you happen to be a metal music fan, or are going to Tuska festival, or just like to rock in general, the atmosphere of Base Bar is bound to appeal to your inner sinner. It's pretty cavernous and has plenty of offerings on tap as well as a good liquor selection. Drinking is pricey in Finland, so beware. Also, they tend to not like bar tabs, so expect to pay by the round. Either way, you're doing something right by visiting Base Bar as your after party stop from whatever concert you just got out of.
