I ordered pinchos and bravas tapas, the bravas were good as always. The tapa skewers are NOT RATION, they are small in quantity and when eating it I felt a little strange, so did my mother and we saw the inside of some of the skewers and they were raw. When it came time to complain, I told them that I didn't want to eat anything other than that I wanted the bill, they were charging me the full price of the skewers when I couldn't eat them whole because they were raw and the belly pain I'm going to have later will be pretty. The girls, one of them directly told me if you have eaten almost everything... there are only 4 pieces left, as if to say that it doesn't matter. When in the entire plant there are 8-10 pieces but well. And now the other girl was going down the same path looking at me horribly. I HAVE NOT REQUESTED AT ANY TIME THAT THEY NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SKEWERS, but since I have not been able to eat them whole and they have made me feel bad, obviously they should not charge me the entire amount. When I got the response from these girls and that the bar was full, I paid and left because I wasn't going to endure another comment like that, let alone those looks. Do you know what customer service is???? The girls there don't smile, they have serious faces all the time, the boy with a little more spirit and joy. BUT BECAUSE OF THE POOR ATTENTION AND THE POOR RESOLUTION FACING A CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINT I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING AT ALL. Customer service has left a lot to be desired for a long time, and going to a place to be looked at badly and complaining about something LOGICAL AND BEING LOOKED AT WORSE is not worth it to me.
