I haven't eaten at Bar Tomate in many, many years and I think everything is excellent, perhaps even better than I remember. The place is elegant with an industrial touch, I like the large wooden tables next to the windows. There is a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was very fast as well as attentive, a special mention for our waiter from Extremadura (Tornavacas mola!) We ordered several dishes to share between 4 and it was a success. The salad with different tomatoes, the peach and burrata salad, the tartare, the guacamole that comes in a mortar - good raw materials, large portions.
