National Museum - National Gallery is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this bar after long walks. Italian and Scandinavian cuisines are to clients' taste at Cesar Bar og Cafe. To try nicely cooked pizza is a truly good idea. Delicious beer is among the most popular drinks at this place. Here you can drink great coffee.
The high ratings of this spot wouldn't be possible without the professional staff. Cool service is something guests agree upon here. Google gives it 4 so you can select this bar to spend a good time here.

My first night in Oslo walking around I found this place “Cesar bar & cafe “, thinking that been in a Nordic county the Service should be amazing, specially because the prices is very high here in Norway, but I had a horrible experience in this “Cesar bar & cafe” , the waiter doesn’t look very excited to work and the food was horrible my sandwich wasn’t the way That I Expect , should be better go to the supermarket and make it at home , the waiter wasn’t able to asked if I was satisfied or not , that’s make me shocked specially for the price that I payed , in the future probably we will have more robots servicing humans for be treated well, we're forgetting what’s education !! Please don’t spend your money in this place

Zero-stars is ehat this place deserve or deserve might be too much.The service is nonexisting and and you pay high price for food you can make more easy and much cheaper at home.The server is very arrogant and do not ask if everything was ok and did not ask before removing our plates. He just took them.He did also not give the final receipt after paying alhough he did not receive any tips for the extremely bad service. If I could have placed minus tips I would have done so.I cannot recommend anyone to go there unless you want to pay overprice for nothing.So very simple. STAY WAY unless you really want to waste your money!!!
