Currently Barbuto is closed, however opening up a new branch soon. The roast chicken, kale salad and carbonara is impeccable. They really do staple Italian-style foods so well and I can't wait to visit the new location in the Meatpacking District! A little bit pricey but worth it!

Had to come here before they closed! Wait is always long. 2 of us arrived on a Friday at 12:30pm and the wait was approximately 1 hour and 15 mins. Great open seating on a quiet corner. We ordered the bruschetta, bucatini and pollo al forno. Bruschetta - ample ricotta with peas and a drizzle of olive oil. Can be shared between 4 people. So light and refreshing. Bucatini - my favorite dish. Pasta was so al dente and well seasoned. The pepper taste stood out most to me. Pollo al forno - one of the most tender chicken I've had! Skin was crispy and super flavorful. Portions were just right and we were stuffed afterwards. Everything seemed to be prepared with care and the flavors were apparent without being overwhelming. Would come back again if I could!
