Service is always slow and not the most friendly for both to-go and in the restaurant. Hardly ever receive a greeting. Not much to the ambiance other than mismatched decor. Have gotten take-out several times and twice items were missing. Ordered a Ruben tonight. Very chewy corned beef. Would assume it's very poor quality. Bread was also burnt. My salad was missing from my order, when I returned to get it, no acknowledgment or apology.

Customer service less than to be desired. We spoke up to a "manager" about the fries not tasting great tonight. He seemed surprised, we had to reexplain and show him that 3 people at our table didn't eat their fries. He said he would look into it. Less than a minute later the cook comes out the kitchen and stares us down. When did it not become acceptable for a customer to speak up? Also I'd like to mention we were there for over 45 min then our apps and food came out at the same time. Let's just say this is not our first bad experience since change in management. Unfortunately this used to be our favorite place.

Love Bay Haven Grill! I have several favorite lunch options here. First, the chicken Cesar wrap. Plenty of well seasons chicken, and the Cesar dressing is really really good. If I don't get the wrap, I get a burger but substitute the beef patty for grilled chicken. The sandwiches are delicious. As my side I usually indulge and get pasta salad. YUM! They also have two pool tables which my husband and I love to play. Keep in mind it is a smoking section in the pool room. Drinks are great, food is well prices and plentiful, and football Sundays are a blast.
