Came there with a reservation and was let in by the hotel since we had the reservation but Aloe Beach Club welcome desk said they couldn’t find it. Eventually it was found on the back of a piece of paper. Girls working at the club welcome desk were rude and made side comments so we left going to another beach club. Wouldn’t waste my money here and the club should rethink to get new reception club desk girls. I come from the same industry of customer service we always give any client to give the best experience. Aloe beach club did not provide that and looking at the reviews now a lot of the reviews that have a lower rating say the same so it clearly shows there is an issue. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
