This is definitely the go-to place for my fiancée and I in Harvard Square. Great drinks, apps and atmosphere. The brunch menu has THE BEST fried chicken sandwich I've ever had without a doubt. I really hope this makes it to the regular everyday menu. I'd literally go just for the sandwich alone. Nights with live music or DJ are great if you're ever looking for a spot to put your dancing shoes to use. Or check out trivia night with a group of friends. Regardless of what you're looking for, Beat Brew Hall is a neighborhood gem that you simply cannot go wrong with.
The restaurant isn't what it used to be. The two positives of the night were the truffle fries and our waitress. She was friendly and helpful. The rest was okay. What really brings the rating down from a 4 to a 3 is the price of beer. I've never seen such short pours cost so much. If you're looking for a place to grab craft beer, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Service was great, food was awesome and the drinks right on. Big open area in a beautiful part of town near Harvard. I tasted many things because I went there with a group but you can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich. I really was surprised at how well they handled a big group.
