This restaurant was awful in every way you can think of for sure. I don't understand how a company could get it wrong so many ways. But I guessing the top management (owners) had relatives making all the decisions and mom and dad were hoping for the best. Nice building!

We used to come here often and we're just ENORMOUSLY disappointed in the new (just this week according to staff) "no table service" policy! We got shown to a table by the hostess who handed us a card with a QR code on it to order. My wife entered her info to get to an online ordering app, it was FAR from user friendly: 1] we tried to order a few iced teas while ordering pizza ... app didn’t allow a beverage only order! 2] I tried to look at menu to plan what I wanted while my wife configured her "build your own with cauliflower crust" ... can’t browse without starting a new order! 3] my wife could not order her favorite pizza as some of my wife's modifiers just wouldn't apply ... strike three! So I went back in to talk with the hostess (only person on 'front of house') and she told me the new system was replacing wait staff and nobody would tip a hostess so she was over it. I was now over it too! no table service, no drinks while ordering, app that clearly wasn't working ... like all Colorado natives, we used to love Beau Jo's but this "experience " is UNACCEPTABLE! So we walked out, doube we'll be back anytime soon!!

We came to Beau Jo's Longmont for the first time (at this location) tonight. It was SO delicious. The happy hour appetizer deal was $5 per appetizer and the personal sized spinach and artichoke dip was so good! My most favorite thing was how many vegan options were available. From plant base nuggets to fully vegan pizza options or vegetarian/vegan combos. We had a traditional cheese pizza with vegan proteins on top and oh. My. YUM!!! I just can't recommend this enough! Our server was INCREDIBLE! The restaurant was safe and clean and I will absolutely be back. Most everyone was so friendly and checked in on us frequently.
