Only one guy in the kitchen wears gloves the other 2 touch everything including the food. It is really hot in the restaurant as if the AC isn’t even on in the dead of summer. The food is lacking in the capture of true Mexican and Korean fusion. The food also took the 3 guys in the back over 40 mins to make. Mind you I only ordered a burger and a steak and cheese with no one in the restaurant and no online ordering available since I had tried to order via their website prior to coming in. My husband and I were out on a date night. We were spontaneous and just picked a restaurant on the fly. We ended up at BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill. It was outstanding! My husband ordered the Korean Chicken Bowl with purple rice. He said it was very good, I tried some and he was right! I ordered the Bulgogi Cheese Steak Sandwich. It was over-the-top outstanding! We also shared an order of Mexican Fries, very yummy and spicy! We are so pleased with BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill. The man behind the counter was very nice, he explained a lot the menu to us since it was our first time. We highly recommend BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill in Ashburn, VA. We will bring our daughter here on family night and we will tell our friends as well! Thank you BEBOP Korean-Mexican Grill for the great food and service too.
