Best food in Peninsula Fair ! Their bacon focaccia is delicious, and their sandwiches are always fresh . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Excellent customer service! I’ve ordered from here a couple times, and the staff have always been friendly. The flat white on oat milk I ordered this time was hotter than I expected, but better hot than not! And tasted great! Keep up the great work team! My parents and I have frequented this coffee shop for years. I put hair extensions in last week but you could see them. First time I had done clip ins and was still learning. A friend of mine heard the staff at bec's cafe laughing and commenting on my hair extensions between themselves. One of them being the owner. My friend came and told me this. We will no longer be visiting this coffee shop. As customer service you be very careful about negitive comments, especially when the client is a regular, because you don't know who is around to hear you and if they know the person your talking about. Which in this circumstance was the case.
