Dingy dark atmosphere, the place looked filthy. Even watched an elderly couple have to clean their own table. I stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be seated. Ignored by members of staff only to have someone eventually swan over just to very abruptly tell us that they were fully booked. Even though there was hardly anyone there. Don't waste your time, there is a perfectly good KFC round the corner. Had better customer service from the self service till then from anyone at the orchard beefeater. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
