Excellent food, with lovely wine pairing to go with it. Superb staff with attention to detail. Clearly the chef thinks long and hard about his dishes as these are exceptionally well balanced. The use of local produce is something of an example. Recommended.

Can’t even begin to explain how great this restaurant is!! A must for any Hong Kong foodie. The sourdough bread will blow your mind it’s so good. The New Territories Yellow Chicken (yes the one being chased by the small brown Kowloon Construction Dog)is ..... okay try it for yourself.....I’m lost for words. Every plate is well thought through and presented beautifully. Barry and his young team are outstanding to say this restaurant is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED doesn’t do them justice. Forget the hype and blah blah blah “this many stars ” and head to BEET if you want an amazing meal.
