Would have to recommend this pub to anybody just popping through town locals. The food is delicious. The price wow very reasonable and the service outstanding. We’ll miss the present, Landlord. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Bell Inn is situated in the lovely historic coastal market town of Hythe. This place has some wonderful history dating back to the 1500's. It is very nicely presented and still holds on to its wonderful historical past and feeling. We were greeted by very welcoming staff, who were incredibly flexible about changing a few items from the set menu. They are happy for you to bring your furry friend (dog), and they are nice to chat with. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful; there's nothing to fault at all here. Everything is clean and well maintained. 10 out of 10, and thank you for a very pleasant experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

Oh dear!! How can someone ruin a fantastic pub and restaurant in such a short space of time. It now lacks atmosphere and the menu resembles a 70's pub menu with restaurant prices. Went for my birthday last night - what a disappointment!!
