This review is for Beshamel across Business Park Mladost 4. Clearly the "Bulgarian" approach is hitting there as well. By 17:30 all meals were sold and I wanted to take a soup, which as explained was also not available, unfortunately there is no indication for the customers to know that. What is more interesting, is that for the customers in front of me, there seemed to be "reserved" meals which were taken from somewhere in the back. Perhaps they are more special than others. To me, all customers should be treated equally and with respect. I really thought this place would make a difference, unfortunately that is not the case.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked the case with our restaurant across Business Park Mladost 4 and we can confirm that neighbour shop reserved food. We have taken actions and this should not happen again. It's important to note that in our restaurants, we pay very close attention to selling fresh quality food that is prepared on the same day. With this in mind, we have a promotion after 17:00 to sell all the food that has been prepared during the current day.
