The hotel was old but charming. The room was spacious. There was no refrigerator and the mattress was not very comfortable. Without central heating, they had radiators. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Ended up walking out of the restaurant as we were totally ignored after 20 minutes and the restaurant wasnt busy at all awful service. We then spoke to the hotel receptionist and staff really didn't seem to care less. Wifi barely works and you end up having to turn it off. Tv was 20 years old and didn't work Don't ever stay in room 17 or 18 because the slaming security door will continually wake you up! Rooms: Room was okay size Walkability: Great location Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Wedding Reception at Best Western The Red Lion Hotel in Salisbury. Harmony saw us through the majority of our plans, and offered to do some of the wedding stationery and then Tracey and the team took us through our big day. From start to finish the co-ordinators made us feel at ease, they were friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and efficiently served. We will treasure the memories created with our family and friends. Thank you for making our day extra special.
