By far my favorite dürüm in Kadiköy. The staff are friendly and the food is very fresh. Unlike many other places, Beyaz Dürüm keeps it simple with some spices and parsley but no sauce or fries added to the dürüm. I dream of the day I can eat another one of the Tavuk şiş dürüms!
