This is the greatest place near Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge. Taste good hamburgers, bacon roll and garlic fish at this restaurant. Have a nice time here and share tasty banana pies, sweet potato pie and sugar cookies with your friends. Don't miss the opportunity to order delicious root beer, Strawberry colada or michelada. Here you may drink great milkshakes, lemonade or chocolate shake.

Hello, Big Al's Soda Fountain & Grill! I really wanted to leave a review on my unique experience at your establishment on July 30th, 2018 (around 430pm). Let me start off by complimenting you all for ruining our expectations! We appreciated that, especially my father-in-law and my wife. Just the thoughts on the possibility of (finishing) our meal at 6pm instead of STILL waiting on our tables became a foregone conclusion and reality when we walked our family of 12 out at 6pm. The most astonishing thing that happened is the SIX families that came AFTER we arrived were seated BEFORE us (including a family of 10). I know, I thought it was thoughtful if them to do that! It made more sense once I realized the oldest employee at the restaurant couldn't have been older than 23-24 years old. As much as I am happy to give this encounter one star, just know that I would give a zero star if I could . Be on the lookout for employee training for "customer service" in the near term because it is obvious you need it. Thanks Big Al's Soda Fountain & Grill!!!
