We ordered takeout on 3/20 ordered two Jopchae my husband I both got sick two our stomachs , I called today to let them know and they couldn’t even apologize . I was NOT asking for a refund . This business acts as if we the customer inconvenience them . She abruptly hung up and this will be the last time we visit this sub par establishment. Eat at your own risk paid 32 dollars for food poisoning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is delicious. Staff is nice, relaxed and helpful. If you like quality cuisine, you should definitely stop by, or have it delivered to your door. Man I wish I took a photo before I devoured my delicious pad tai! This place is a hidden gem in the community of Visalia. I was in downtown and had many other options from the hotel but I was craving a home-style hot fresh dinner. The pad tai was just soo good! Very friendly staff and great options. Big bang grill keep it going!!! Oh not to mention... they are definitely Kobe fans!!
