I don't usually put my complaints in dumb reviews. But today. Today was thee WORST service I have EVER had going to biggby. I have gone to so many. Yes MANY. But Jamie at Mason biggby. You kinda super sucked with your customer service today. YOU heard wrong, that wasn't MY fault. You admitted that you heard wrong. And then still told ME it was my fault. And told my passenger that customer isn't always right but yet YOU SAID YOU HEARD WRONG. I really don't care about having the pay the extra almost 2 dollars for YOUR mess up. But your attitude control, sucked. You're attitude alone about the problem SUCKED. But thank you for the drinks that were correct, and thank you for fixing the mess up. Just learn better customer service. Also, I hope YOUR corporate call on yourself worked out for you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
