Just outside the touristy part of Delft you will find things that focus on quality. There is a clear example of this at Best. Beautiful menu and the dishes are also perfectly prepared. In terms of atmosphere, the interior is fine, the terrace in front of the door is OK, but a bit boring, otherwise it would certainly be five stars for atmosphere.
