Hi Morris, I would just like to respond and clarify a couple of point. Firstly our reservation policy is clearly stated on our website and we make a point of making it clear when anyone makes a reservation over the phone. "Booking only confirmed on payment of a $10 per person deposit. Once a reservation is received, we will contact you within 48hrs for payment of deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your bill. The Deposit is not refunded if you cancel, however can be rescheduled for another time." You never asked for another date, you asked if you could use the deposit for something else. Furthermore, the experience was not positive for my Team either and there is no need to be threatning and abusive under any circumstances.
