A really lovely place that’s been here a long while, and for good reason. The food is great. They do a lovely hash, that’s kinda their ‘thing’. There’s plenty of it, it’s well cooked and decent quality. The people serving are lovely, the place is lovely and clean. It’s highly recommended by me. Vegetarian options: Try the hash. I've had both dine in and delivery from Billie's Brighton and the food is next to none. The eggs are always cooked to perfection, the bacon, sausage and hash browns are the best in Brighton and I'd happily have the avocado toast for every meal for the rest of my life. Currently working my way through the entire menu, but I'd highly recommend the Eggs Royal or the Jumbo Meat. There's plenty of tasty vegetarian/vegan options also, and the staff have always been more than happy to customise dishes to my liking. Billie's is my go-to for breakfast/lunch, and if they were open in the evening it would be for dinner too. Great service, very friendly staff and a lovely spot in a good location.
