We had a stay in Bruges and obviously we had to find a restaurant for Sunday evening. So we searched the internet by consulting customer reviews and found a restaurant (Réliva). When I got there, it was closed. The manager of our hotel had sent us some links to eat and Bistro Christophe was there. We went there, few people inside and the welcome was very pleasant, very simple. We realized that the people there must have been regulars, which reassured us about the quality of this establishment. Everything we were able to eat was really very, very good and the evening was very pleasant and we didn't feel like we were in a tourist place so it was even nicer...
