we took a chance with this restaurant because all of the other ones we wanted to go were fully booked but what great luck that the food here was so good. everything was plated so beautifully. it is on the pricier side and we had to wait 20-25 mins for the food (we think there might only be 3 staffs working..?), just take note. we got the fish, rump steak and duck confit. just a warning for the rump steak, you might find it to be too rare, but if you like it, it’s good. I almost never leave 5-star reviews for restaurants, but this place totally deserves it! Truly amazing! We stumbled into Le Bistrot Du Perigord during our last trip to Paris around 5-6 years ago and had an amazing meal. We went back today for lunch (after walking out of another restaurant completely disappointed) and it was again an incredible meal. The foie gras trio and the duck confit are to die for. The French onion soup was very tasty. The beef was incredible. The potatoes with chanterelles that come with the duck are among the best I've ever had. Service is wonderful. The gentlemen who runs the place is great. This place is such a gem. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
