I tasted the Bistrot 144 pizza with perciasacchi flour. What can I say? Very good light and tasty dough, very fresh raw materials, perfectly combined with radicchio, speck and walnuts. My husband enjoyed a very good filet with gorgonzola. Kindness and courtesy of the owners and staff. What more could you want?
