You can order perfectly cooked escargots, tartare and beef bourguignon. Make a change from your customary meal and try good parfait, crème brûlée and clafoutis at Bistrot de l'Amiral.

I visited this small family restaurant with my wife and some friends and we had the best food ever that I could probably eat in Dijon. We had duck, beef, snails, and local cheeses, and it was all just incredible. And, of course, the foie gras. Everything was just beyond words. Absolutely highly recommended!
