Well, it's clear why this is a Denver staple. From the cozy environment, friendly staff, and delicious Detroit-style pizza, Blue Pan Pizza knows how to deliver. They have a little bar area and serve beer, wine, and cocktails. The cocktails aren't bad, but not amazing. My margarita was made with sprite, I'm pretty sure (or something bubbly) and my old fashioned was sweet and thin. Their pizza, by far, out does anything negative about their drinks. It was just the right kind of crispy on the edges and full of flavor! My favorite was the one with ricotta on top, so creamy and crispy. Blue Pan is a must!
