A friend and I decided to try this new-to-us restaurant a couple of nights ago and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was very quiet this Friday night, as Lake George village is pretty closed up at the moment. There is an area with a bar and tvs to watch the games as well as a separate dining area next to it with tables for those who are there for just a meal. Our waitress - I forgot her name - was super pleasant and helpful: she was even kind enough to help me choose when I asked her which of 2 options to order. My friend and I were in no rush as the restaurant was quiet, so we had a long catch up and our waitress made sure we had drink refills as needed. Food was really good; there lots of unique menu options as well as creative takes on the usual ones. We started with nachos and I loved them! Lots of cheese sauce and toppings spread out in layers so we weren't left with a huge pile of empty chips as I have experienced before. My friend liked her wings and the grilled flavor. I ordered the wrap special and the cook followed my ask and replaced the grilled chicken with crispy. Loved it! Good amount of chicken and toppings; I hate when they are filled halfway with lettuce! Went with the Saratoga chips on the side and they were good too. Huge bonus: Food was absolutely on point. Sometimes when restaurants are too quiet, quality drops just as it can when it is overly busy. Not the case here, everything came out perfectly. I can't wait to go back and try some of the many other items that looked interesting too. Definitely recommend. This place has the best views, amazing food and the owner Joe and his staff are always so friendly. Blue Thirty-Two is an absolute must when visiting Lake George, you will not regret it !
