The place is cool. But we had the dog loose, there was no one else in the enclosure. The waiter comes and tells me to tie it (ok). Immediately a loose German shepherd comes to our table to bark at my dog. I tell the waiter what's wrong with that dog and he answers that it's his dog and that it's his house and it's loose. If it doesn't seem right to us, let's leave. The truth doesn't seem coherent to me.
