2020 may have slowed progress, but nothing could stop Blue's Bourbon & Brews from busting out in 2021. This impressive new Bar & Grill in the Pelham/ Hoover area is sure to be a favorite spot for anyone and everyone in Central Alabama.The vibe is classy, modern, relaxing, and cool. Flat screen TVs line the wall behind the bar, LED lighting throughout, and seating is plentiful. There's a stage for live music, a large projector screen (with more planned) for televised events, and the open layout is inviting for large social crowds and groups of friends. If you fancy yourself more of a wallflower, there's still some dark and cozy corners for first dates or fun conversation.Outdoor patio seating is just over the horizon, and there's a separate game room area with pool tables, dart lanes, pinball, and other arcade classics. There's two sets of bathrooms and the entire place is extremely clean and neat. The owner clearly put a lot of heart and thought into the design, layout, and decor. He's got style.There's an ATM just inside the door and multiple points of sale at the bar for quick service. Behind the bar you'll find fully stocked beer coolers with great variety of crafts and classics; there's something for every palate. Soda guns, wines, liquors, and of course, an impressive selection of bourbons and whiskey. The grill menu offers selections of various made-to-order flatbread pizzas, fries, sandwiches, and some thiccc & delicious burgers. Check out the list of signature cocktails and try something fun, refreshing, and new!Bring your boyfriend(s), girlfriend(s), wives, husband(s), mister(s) and mistress(es) to Blue's Bourbon & Brews for a great date night, or pull up a barstool and make yourself one of the "regulars".
