My 8 year old niece introduced us to this awesome restaurant. We would have never gone on our own, but will be visiting again. She loves the pot stickers and the lo mien. I got the orange chicken, which was crispy with a little orange sauce. I have never had it this way, usually it is smothered in sauce, and I liked it. Hubby loved his sushi role. But the star of the meal was the spicy garlic edamame. The Saudi is an in house special and was delish. I ended up pouring the extra on my rice. It had good flavor and heat. We didn’t try the boba, but the niece lived her strawberry mixed with slush. When Noodles @ Boba Tea House opened, it was lovely. It was well managed, the staff was attentive, the menu was diverse and the food was great!Management / Ownership changed in the past years. The Boba Teas are still good. The sushi is fine (although, if you want Sushi, why are you going here?). But - The Vietnamese Food is very mediocre and high priced. My favorite protein at Vietnamese Restaurants -- pork -- tasted more like bacon -- extremely thin sliced and overcooked. The portions are not generous -- and I think that the staff and cooks need a reality check and should refocus on offering authentic vietnamese food at normal prices and stop doing Groupon and DoubleTake deals. If you want good Vietnamese Food, Google 'Pho' in Haltom City -- one of many DFW Vietnamese neighborhoods -- like the one in South Arlington and Richardson. In DFW, it's hard to get good Vietnamese food unless you find a place within 1 mile from a Vietnamese Market.
