Quality food at Bodegón Francachela Francachela means gathering of several people to have fun eating or drinking. And so we did. First we shared torreznos, roasted peppers with homemade belly and the avocado salad with prawns and mango. Very good. It was the prelude to a culinary hangover. The powerful came in the embers. The exceptional oxtail meatballs gave way to one of the best meats I have ever tasted: Sirloin with foie with sautéed mushrooms and truffle brisura. The sauce is tremendous, the mushrooms are a good companion for the quality of this dish. Congratulations to the Chef and the service that took excellent care of us.
