They blame their customers for their mistakes.. I ordered my food for immediate delivery on Sunday night while studying for an exam. The confirmation email from just-eat told me that my food would arrive that night at 9:45pm. After a few hours, I was wondering what happened to my order, only to find out that the restaurant had closed for the night (at 10pm) and I had 4 missed calls on my cellphone. I called the next day when they opened at 5pm, and was told that the order I had placed was to be delivered the next day, even though the just-eat receipt said otherwise. I received my food at 5:30pm the day after I ordered it, and they blamed everything on me. I didn't even receive any form of compensation AND they still forgot part of my order (a mango shake). I have used just-eat since 2010, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened. The food at Bollywood Bistro makes great food, but this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. They have lost my business.
