Bonavilla Complex hosts on it's premises an Events Ballroom, a Restaurant, a Hotel, a big Swimming Pool and Recreation area. We have been there in the winter time, therefore I will refer only to the Hotel and Restaurant. The hotel is luxurious for it's location. You would not expect to find such nice, high quality rooms, with new carpeted floors, high quality bed and mattress, modern bathroom, good quality doors with high level of insulation and a large 50" TV. Overall... high quality. Sadly, there are also drawbacks: - we have requested an extra bed during our stay, and it was provided with an additional tax, but the bed was missing two mattress wooden crossbars, and of course was quite uncomfortable; - the WC seat and lid were cheap, with a wrong shape and size, mounted on a high quality WC; - the windows were closing well, with good insulation from the cold, but with very poor sound insulation. Maybe just readjusting would fix the problem; - the walk-in shower was nice, but the door was poorly designed and any water pouring on it would leak outside on the batroom floor, therefore the door frame was damaged near the floor. Then, the Restaurant. The atmosphere in the dining area was nice, with big tables, comfortable chairs, textile wallpaper and a bar. The food was unexpectedly good. Everything we ordered was really tasty, with medium to big sized portions. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes, with a mix of European and traditional ones. Above all, the prices, which are really decent, even low I would say. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely a place I'll return. Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and helpful with kids. Parking: The parking is big, offering a lot of parking places, even EV charging. It is separated in two parts. The hotel / restaurant parking and then the events room parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the front desk and restaurant has a step before entering the building. Then, to get to the rooms, which are on the upper level, the only way to reach the upper floor is only by the stairs.
