We went a few months ago to taste a menu and two burgers "only", the request to have the meat well cooked was unfortunately not granted, the service was very fast, the burger was only seared on the sides, thus adopting the classic cooking "boiled" with the risk of having a very high battery charge which could have negative effects on health, we are talking about minced meat, not steak, anyone in the sector knows what I'm talking about. While we were tasting the sandwich at the tables outside, an employee came out with gloves and petted a dog that was nearby, then went back to work without taking them off. As for the quality, for my taste it is good, I did not find the excellence advertised in the menu and in the reviews, rather average let's say, therefore not relevant with the prices, considering inflation, I also turn a blind eye, however I reopen it as soon as I discover that I paid €3.50 for a can of water. Drink beer maybe it costs less. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

You are right when you say our "hamburger was cooked to perfection": we studied and refined our original steam cooking method, which makes our meat tender and juicy inside, and grilled on point outside. We season it with our artisanal aromatic salt only and add selected cheese and crunchy km0 greens, so that you can enjoy a light and incredibly tasty express burger.
