We had lunch today Wednesday 17/4/24 It was really a pleasure to eat at your house. Very good value for money, dishes very well executed and correct in concept and explanation and very professional and close service keeping the distances. I must congratulate Jordi in the living room and Gemma in the kitchen. I have to say that for me you are benchmarks in Andorran restaurants and as a hotelier, I am very proud of the work you do. I had the pleasure of visiting this charming restaurant located in an authentic hut and I must say that it was an exceptional dining experience. The food served was simply exquisite, with flavors and presentations that truly delighted my senses. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff was impeccable, attentive and friendly at all times. From the moment I walked in, I felt transported into a welcoming atmosphere, the railing decor added a touch of rustic charm that perfectly complemented the dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to any food lover and those looking for an authentic dining experience. We stopped in to Borda Vella for a late lunch in early April. They were busy and getting close to closing for lunch, but they welcomed us in. The owners are fantastic. Wife is chef, prep cook and dishwasher. Husband is host, waiter and sommelier. Just two people in the whole operation that produced incredible meals! And the wine was fantastic. We ordered the foies i carpaccios, lamb shank and veal cheeks. But I think the star of the meal was dessert. It was a molten chocolate cake, with black truffle ice cream and olive oil, served in a stone bowl. Absolutely amazing! Borda Vella is a must if you are anywhere near Andorra. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40
