Had a terrible experience for dinner on Friday 8th March 2024. Our server simply should not be in the service industry, ruined an otherwise lovely day. She had no manners, was curt (rudely brief in speech and abrubt in manner). Threw the menus on the table, never returned to ask if everything was ok. We had to ask for a specials menu which again were thrown on table. When we questioned if it was ok to order from the specials as it was beyond the specified time on the menus the reply was "of course it's OK, that's why I gave you the menus"! This lady simply should not be front of house dealing with customers. For the first time in a long time we only had a single drink with our meal. When it came to the bill time the service level picked up ever so slightly. We made a point of paying the exact amount shown on the bill with not one rand extra being paid. This is the first time ever we have not left a tip in South Africa. Certainly wont ever visit this place again. :( Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 250–300 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Your service was superb. My daughter and I had our pre- Womens Day celebrations at your place on 20210808. Your food and service was excellent. Will definitely visit again. Thanks for the free drinks to all the women shows you care about your customers even in this terrible pandemic. You rock.
