This was my first time at Brasilia in Trondheim, and it was such an incredible introduction to Brazilian BBQ! I was blown away by the "Rodizio" concept where the servers bring different cuts of meat directly to your table—the picanha was a total highlight, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The salad bar is much more than just "salad"; it’s a massive spread of hot and cold authentic Brazilian dishes. I especially loved the pickled red onions, the farofa, and the black beans. We also had a delicious tropical orange juice that was so refreshing. Pro-Tip for First-Timers: Don't be intimidated by the coaster system! Green means "Keep it coming" and Red means "I need a break." Also, definitely don't fill up your entire plate at the buffet on the first round—save plenty of room for the meat that comes around later! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff were very patient in explaining how everything worked. I'll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is good and I like the concept, but the serving staff were awful, barely spoke english let alone Norwegian. Drinks orders took forever, and were delivered wrong. Brasilia in Oslo is great, but Brasilia Trondheim - not good. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 1,000+
