We find the Mexican or Indian looking security guard with the ponytail that checks us in to Club 30 on Saturday nights to be very rude to everyone while we are lined up at the door, otherwise the other security guards are very nice

last week , i try to sign in one of client, we were plan to meeting in the club, after fail twice to sign my name in the machine,The operation manager "Anthony E" scream and yell at me , he point finger at me saying wait, i told you to wait, i ask him why he is so rude at me, he is mad with me again, saying i just won't listen to him. he act like a loser who can't even afford mortgage repayment , no just mention he was go off at me in front of my client. i leave the club and cancel my membership, they send me the letter saying" please refrain from attending either club burwood RSL>>>>> 3 years " . all i can say is thanks God your are non profits organisation, because the way you treat your customer already prove to me, the management have no way to make in profits in any other business. thank you for offer "AE" a job, as employer myself , i simply can't see i can hire anyone like that. well done customer relations
