I give this rating only for the territory. I can’t say anything about the service, since we weren’t in the restaurant, and when we checked into the hotel, the guy at the reception was quite polite. Now about the rooms, we rented a standard plus room for 2 days, booked through booking and paid 5300 UAH, we wanted to run away from this room on the first day. The first thing that catches your eye when you enter the room is the dirty floors, there is a dark laminate and it is clearly visible. Secondly, there were ants, they were all over the room, on the table, in the closet, on the floors, in the bed. Third, the soundproofing, or rather the lack thereof, you could hear every rustle in the room, we were there on Friday-Saturday, and on those days there was some kind of show in the restaurant, we couldn’t sleep until it was over, it felt like the speaker was standing straight under the window. Fourth, dust and dirt, the lamps were all covered in dust and strange stains, there was mold around the edges of the shower, the sink in the bathroom was badly cracked, one more blow and it would fall apart, the shower drain is terrible, literally in 5 minutes a huge puddle collects at your feet . And another huge disadvantage of this room is that the shower generates electric current, it is impossible to take it into wet hands, so I had to wash only under the tropical one. For this money, don’t expect any cosmetic set either, just one universal product in the shower, 2 cotton swabs and 2 sponges per person. We were on vacation in March and turned on the heated floor, as we realized, it was water and we constantly listened to the water running, it was very audible in the room. In my case it was the second time I visited, the other time I only went to the bars on the mini beach that they have, now I stayed and everything was very good, the only problem was that I called them and they told me that they accepted American Express without a problem, at the same time Getting there didn't work and I was lucky enough to take another one but many times I only take American Express, I think they should solve that problem, restaurant staff very friendly, the suite was great Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet

On 07/22/2023, the reception administration (represented by Roman) of the Bartolomeo hotel complex treated its guests terribly and very unprofessionally: when booking in advance by phone and before checking in, they did not warn that the conditions could change not in favor of the guests. As it became known in the morning, those living in the hotel cannot use the White Beach, as it was "spontaneously" rented - bought out for a day by the employees of the Call Center. As a result, vacationers were restricted from summer swimming vacations for the sake of earning a hotel. Those. earnings won the quality of rest of the guests!!! The administrator from the reception, Roman, as it turned out, refused to solve the problem in favor of the guests, categorically refusing to refer to the management, he refused the request to provide the contacts of the management. Excellent territory, excellent service in the restaurant, but the whole picture is spoiled by categorical non-professionals at the reception and service near the pool (Vlad), who did not respond to repeated requests to help open the umbrella, explaining that "there is no umbrella nearby with which he could replace the broken one" I do not advise you to visit the most beautiful institution, the atmosphere of which is spoiled by stupid people-employees of the hotel complex. P.s. Well, I really really hope that Valery Nikolayevich will delve into and deal with unprofessional employees who are deceiving him and thereby spoil the rating of a beautiful resort complex located in a picturesque place on one of the most beautiful rivers in Ukraine.
