Breadtop Eastwood is exceeding my expectation in customer service and quality of product. I wanted a cake for my boy's birthday with different coloured cream from their standard selection. The girl at the time was not sure if it was doable, so she kept my number and told me she would find out from their team. She called me back the next day as promised, took the details of my order, and I was able to pick up the cake exactly the way I wanted on the day, at no extra cost. I am very happy with my experience purchasing at Breadtop Eastwood, will definitely return.
