Breaking Bean is a cozy cafe located in Vancouver's Coal Harbour area. It offers an array of delicious food and beverage options, including coffee, tea, omelettes, sandwiches, bagels, crepes, and baked goods. The food is made with fresh ingredients and the coffee is brewed using a siphon method. The veggie croissant sandwich is a bit basic and simple, but the banana Nutella crepe is a must-try. Customers have also raved about the smoked salmon omelette, ham and cheese bagel sammy, almond croissant, breakfast bagels, and homemade soups. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the owner, Carol, has a lovely smile. Prices are a bit on the high side, but the portions are generous. All in all, Breaking Bean is a great spot for a cozy and tasteful experience. Highly recommended!
