I have just one complaint about my stay, the fire alarm device’s battery ran out in the middle of the night and started loudly beeping, waked us up at 1am. I had to come out to the freezing outside to call emergency staff for resolution. Staffs were not sympathetic about the situation, and non apologetic about their negligence in the maintenance of the room facility. Otherwise, the room is clean, things seem to be relatively new. Breakfast is not too bad. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

Our trip to Utah was unplanned, but we decided to stay overnight to explore Capitol Reef National Park and make the most of our visit. We chose Broken Spur Inn & Steakhouse, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Diana at the front desk made our stay truly memorable with her exceptional customer service skills. She welcomed everyone with a warm smile, provided great local recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Diana is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the hotel’s location near the park made it easy to start our day of hiking early. With beautiful views, unique wagon-style rooms, a fire pit, and a great breakfast included, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
