The pear and blue cheese starter was really nice. The restaurant is distinctively good. We only had a meal at the hotel so we can't comment on the rooms but would guess that they are good.

Stopped here for a light lunch with our baby as it's next to the Ravenglass - Delgarth railway. Really lovely pub, and super friendly staff who you can tell are really genuinely lovely. Had some sandwiches which were great, beautiful setting.
