This place not only is really good and great prices. They have real side sizes instead of a sample cup I have noticed other bbq places doing and charging the same. Also Lexi the cashier is not only good at her job, she helped me with a lady needing help getting to a friend's house (long story), however not only was Lexi kind, she went over and beyond. I went on line for a delivery for a 28.00 meal and was charged over $100.00 on my credit card....I never received my order and when I called them they said they never received my order bottom line be careful with your credit card with this restaurant. It felt like I been scam and the manager Chris was very rude the only person that was willing to help me was Alexa even the operations manager Mike was not very helpful I will never ever ever do business with this restaurant again if you go on line for a delivery and it says your card did not go through don't press it again because I did twice and it still said my card did not go through and I had more than enough for my meal.. because how would they have charged me 57.00 twice??? Anyway lesson learned never again will I deal with brothers Bbq again. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When we spoke directly, you mentioned your bank would be contacting us or that you would provide documentation on the supposed charges. We are waiting to hear from you or your bank. Our thoughts are the charges may have been "pending," but they did go through, as our records show the order was never processed, and we did not receive any payment.
