If you like Australian cuisine, come to this bar. Brougham Arms offers you tasty slow cooked beef cheeks, medium steaks and barramundi. Do not leave without eating good panna cotta, Pavlova and sundaes. A number of reviewers point out that you can have delicious wine, craft beer or draft beer at this place. It is good to try great coffee.

Come here with children, this spot provides an varied kids’ menu. The appealing bar staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. At this bar, guests can enjoy the charming atmosphere and terrific decor.

A couple of visits have determined that the meals and service here are reliable and consistent.
Servings are on the generous side and are thoughtfully presented.

In the menu they said their barramundi with green curry was an awarded dish, so we ordered that. For $34 dish, I find it quite small as there wasn’t much veggies (more like garnish). Fish was cooked beautifully and skin so crispy, however the letdown was the curry sauce which was soo sweet, it’s like the chef accidentally added sugar and more sugar instead of salt. Not sure if that’s how they won the award. Their fried chicken burger was ok, and chips were more on thicker side. For $18 you will definitely be more full though than the fish dish. The waiter is so lovely and friendly but not sure if we would come back here.

Another safe bet in Bendigo. The Broughham Arms is an up market Hotel. The meals are really good - loved my steak and hand cut fat chips. Also had sheeps milk panna cotta which is delicious. Attentive table service as well.
