Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. Waited over an hour for food that never came. Server lied to us at least twice saying that our order was “almost ready” or “just coming up now”. Meanwhile we watched tables that had been seated well after us getting orders. Now, to be clear, this is NOT a Michelin starred restaurant where we are awaiting a Gordon Ramsey masterpiece. All we had ordered was a chicken and a fish sandwich which would have taken a competent restaurant 10 minutes (max) to produce. I should also mention that the inside of the restaurant was mostly empty as everyone was sitting outside. I’d hate to se what service would be like if it was a full house. This place is taking advantage of its location on the water and is basically screwing over customers. The management needs to be replaced with people who actually care about their customers. This is why competition matters. If Buffalo had a few good choices on the water then this place would either have to achieve a minimum standard of service or service or would be out of business. Buffalo RiverWorks has carnival atmosphere. Very nice family outing. Something for everyone.
