Worst customer service, no one even cared to attend us when we got there, we were asked to order from the app after 25 min of patiently waiting for someone to attend us, my food took an hour long, I asked the waiter how long and she said i don’t know and rolled her eyes at me.. after my food came out she then said I had to wait for my fries it was so inconvenient and we asked to speak to the manager and he did not even bother coming to talk us, he didn’t care! Do better Buffalo Wild Wings, we aren’t asking for free food, we pay for the food, that’s how you keep a business open by having clientele! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible experience. Customer service was bad . Our food took over 50min to get to us . The scan menu isn’t pleasant. We wanted to speak to the manager and the waiter told us that she told her manager to come speak to us and he never spoke to us. Clearly they don’t care about customers or to improve.
